Links that open in a new window, should be closed when viewing is finished.
To view the latest version, hold down the `Ctrl` key whilst you tap the `F5` key
[ `Ctrl`+`F5` ] to refresh the download of any webpage by MSN WINDOWS.
Find text in a webpage using the pop-up dialog box when you tap `Ctrl`+`F` .

Click on the background of a webpage before changing its size by :-
`Ctrl`+`+` to enlarge ; `Ctrl`+`-` to reduce ; `Ctrl`+`0` returns to original size.

Certain webpages, using Flash Player, can not use above keyboard shortcuts to increase legibility.
Instead highlight the text, in order to copy & paste it into Word or Notepad, set for a larger text size.

Keyboard Shortcuts alternative useage within [ ... ]

Open Word ( 2003 in Library ) in a new window with View at Full Screen & Zoom at Text width
    [ In open Word window :- 'Alt'+'V' & 'U' ; 'Alt'+'V' & 'Z' & 'T' & 'Enter' ]
    or else
Open Notepad in a new window with Format set to Word wrap and Zoom set to a legible
Font Style and Size ( eg. Arial, Regular and 16 ).
    [ In open Notepad window :- 'Alt'+'O' & 'W' ; 'Alt'+'O' & 'F' & set to legible font in pop-up box & 'Enter' ]

Then in the Flash Player webpage :-
right-click on the "text in a frame to be read" and highlight it by a click on Select All in the pop-up menu.
Again right-click and click on Copy in the pop-up menu.
    [ Click on the "text in a frame to be read" ; 'Ctrl'+'A' ; 'Ctrl'+'C' ]
Finally right-click in the Word or Notepad open window and click on Paste in the pop-up menu.
[ Click in the Word or Notepad open window ; 'Ctrl'+'V' ]

Though both the Zoom & Text Size options of the View drop-down menu are made inoperative,
the text in the frames of   www.kenilworthtowncouncil.co.uk   can be made more legible using
the pop-up menu that appears if you right-click on the background or images of the webpage.

  •   Option "Zoom In" enlarges any text in a frame and the entire webpage
with click-&-drag on the background supplementing the use of scroll bars.
Whilst this allows movement down the lines of text to the end,
the movement along a long line of text is restricted on the right.
Moreover, click-&-drag over text in a frame only highlights it.
  •   Option "Show All" returns the webpage to its original size,
and the click-&-drag on the background facility disappears.
  •   The above usage is that available on a   Warwickshire Library Computer.
